I have been a personal trainer for 2 years now, specialising in conditions such as Diabetes, Hypertension, Asthma, COPD and musculoskeletal conditions. I am an allied member of the British Dietetic Association, specialising in sport and exercise nutrition. I have been practising yoga for 5 years, teaching vinyasa flow and restorative since 2020, yoga has helped me physically and mentally and it bring me so much joy being able to teach it every day!
I am a pre and post natal instructor specialising in pregnancy fitness and bootcamp style sessions to help women keep active and strong during their pregnancy. This is something I absolutely love doing - pregnancy is such a special time and it's amazing to see how much strength you can build during those 9 months!
I truly believe that health is wealth and there is something out there for everyone when it comes to exercise.
