The Hit Refresh movement is designed to help people find their true passion when it comes to fitness. Whether it's yoga, running, Hiit, barre or having a disco in your kitchen - I truly believe there is something out there for everyone! Through workouts, recipes, nutritional advice and more, I aim to help as many people as possible find their inspiration to keep fit and help them along the way!
